This video features a free first part that takes place in Tenshi's car. You're a tiny guy who has somehow managed to sneak into the car with her, probably on her clothes. She's stopped at a bridge crossing and seems quite disgusted by you being there. You climb around on her leg a bit and even get to see her dirty feet. In the end though you manage to avoid Tenshi's foot as she tries to crush you before driving away. After that, you find yourself at the park later with Tenshi. It's probably been a couple days and she's already forgotten all about you and tiny people in general! You are actually curious about her feet and try to check them out with the occasional shy glance, but she wants to squish you! Now she seems quite okay with you being around. Eventually Tenshi decides she wants to use you to moisturize her feet after stepping on you. This time she does end up squishing you. The free in-car video is about two and a half minutes of this video.
